Can I personalize name and number?

If personalization is available, you will see the corresponding selection fields on the product page. Check spelling and number carefully before you complete the order.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Personalized items may require an additional 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?

After shipping, the usual delivery time is 7-12 working days. The destination country, season and shipping service provider can affect the actual delivery time.

Where can I find my tracking number?

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation by email. The first tracking data can take 2-5 days to be visible online. Then use our Track Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not been processed or shipped, we will check whether a change is still possible. As a rule, the address, item or personalization cannot be changed after shipping.

Can I return an item?

How do I care for my jersey?

First, pay attention to the care label. If possible, wash printed jerseys inside out, use a gentle program and avoid direct contact of the iron with names, numbers, badges or other prints.
