Shipping Terms

Here you will find processing time, estimated delivery time and tracking information at a glance.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within  48 hours after payment is received You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Personalized Items

For items with a custom name, number print or other personalization, an additional 48 hours may be required. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the usual delivery time is 7–12 business days. The actual delivery may vary depending on destination country, shipping carrier, season and local workload.

Important: Processing time and delivery time are two separate periods. The delivery time only starts after your order has been shipped.

4. Shipment Tracking

You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation. You can track your shipment via 17TRACK After receiving the shipping confirmation, it may take 2–5 days before the shipping carrier displays the first tracking data.

5. Please Check Your Delivery Address

Check the name, street, house number, postal code, city and country before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

6. Delays or Missing Updates

If the tracking information does not change for several days, this does not automatically mean that the package is lost. International handovers and local processing can temporarily occur without a visible update. If you have any questions, please send us your order number and tracking number.
