Return Period

Most unused items can be returned up to 30 days after the shipping date.

  • Returned items must be unworn and have intact original labels.
  • Items must be in original condition. They must not have been worn or used, and all labels must be present.
  • The return must be made within the period described above.
If the returned items do not meet the return conditions, they will be donated to a charitable organization. No refund of the purchase price will be issued in this case.

Return Exceptions

  • Items marked on the product page as "FINAL SALE" are excluded from exchange and return.
  • Personalized items are excluded from exchange and return unless the personalization is faulty.

Processing and Shipping

  • This item is usually shipped within 48 hours.
  • Items with personalized names and numbers are shipped within an additional 48 hours.
  • The available shipping options and additional delivery times will be shown to you at checkout.

VAT

No additional VAT is charged at checkout. VAT is already included in the displayed prices.
